Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Development Manager

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, lead customizations, integrations, and data migration projects, and provide technical leadership to the team. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, etc.) and build workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Lead data migration efforts using SSIS and KingswaySoft (KWS).
• Implement Azure services like Logic Apps and Functions for integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D365 CE.
• At least 5 years in a technical architecture / application Development Manager role.
• Experience with customization, integrations, and data migration in Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong knowledge of Azure technologies (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions).
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with clients.
• Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 CE (preferred).
