MGR/AVP - Electronic Trader / Support for Institutional Dealing - (240001Q4)

Job Scopes:

1. Assist in onboarding of new Institutional clients, review of existing client relationship.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, providing tailored trading solutions.
3. Support connection setup and certification during onboarding with client / broker / vendor.
4. Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and quick recovery from outages.
5. Manage incoming enquiries and system issues, acting as a main point of contact between vendors, brokers, and clients.
6. Generate incident reports and presentation materials.
7. Collaborate with vendors, brokers, and technology teams to optimize trading platforms and enhance execution capabilities.
8. Conduct testing of new features and system upgrades, ensuring functionality aligns with trading requirements.
9. Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
10. Liaison for both internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and system procedures.
11. Participate in Ad-Hoc projects.

Requirements:

1. Experience in electronic trading / support, or a similar role within a financial services environment.
2. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to resolve issues independently.
3. Good knowledge of Direct Market Access (DMA), Direct Strategy Access (DSA) including trading strategies such as VWAP, TWAP, POV, etc.
4. Familiar with equities trading rules and market mechanics, including but not limited to SGX, HKEX, IDX, BURSA, and SET.
5. Strong understanding of network and connectivity across various trading systems including Bloomberg, FIS, and Ullink.
6. Understanding of Financial Information eXchange (FIX).
