Job description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for creating and sourcing products in Mandai Retail and analyzing sales performance to increase overall sell-through and profit.
  2. Processes:
    1. Handle administrative duties that include item master creation, raising purchase requisitions/orders, verifying and submitting invoices.
    2. Coordinate, update, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
    3. Assist in generating and analyzing weekly and monthly sales reports.
    4. Analyze consumer buying patterns, competitor strategies, market trends, and other opportunities.
    5. Track inventory and analyze sales to propose reorders or new items to list.
    6. Handle retail outlets and online inquiries.
    7. Support retail eCommerce channels listing uploads.
    8. Identify problems and recommend solutions.
    9. Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned such as price tag creation and data entry. Maintain assigned SKU integrity in the system.
    10. Maintain appropriate documentation for audit and control procedures, in addition to timely and accurate updates of purchasing records and data.
  3. Products:
    1. Bespoke product development - coordinate with relevant departments to ensure design decks are in place for sourcing.
    2. Coordinate sourcing, compile feedback and data for evaluation purposes.
    3. Participate in sampling, evaluation, and feedback to relevant parties.
    4. Coordinate and assist with vendor product collaborations.
  4. People:
    1. Liaise with existing suppliers, logistics partners, and internal partners directly.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Diploma in Business or any related field of study.
    2. Experience in Support Coordination, Administrative, or Data Entry roles is a plus.
    3. Detail-oriented.
    4. Good communication and listening skills.
    5. Team player.
