Responsible for processing membership applications, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate membership records. Possess a strong understanding of club rules, regulations, and offerings to effectively communicate with members and address their needs.
What you will be doing
Membership Processing: Efficiently process new membership applications, renewals, resignations, terminations, and other membership-related transactions.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, including photographs, contact information, and membership status.
Member Support: Provide excellent customer service to members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, conducting Club Tours, and assisting with membership-related matters.
Membership Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including sending welcome packages, renewal reminders, and other relevant notifications.
Sales and Marketing: Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and deliver product information. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Report Generation: Generate regular reports on membership trends, statistics, and performance metrics.
System Maintenance: Update and maintain the membership management system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols related to member data.
What we are looking for
Candidates who hold a Diploma/ GCE “A” levels is preferred.
Excellent customer service with good interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in oral and written English; another language is a plus (to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates).
A collaborative team player with strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Prior sales and marketing experience is a plus.
Positive and proactive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
