We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Membership Club Sales Director to join our team and drive the growth of our membership base.

Job Summary:

The Membership Club Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, and influential professionals as members of our club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, corporate banking, and sales, with a passion for the club business and a genuine enthusiasm for meeting people and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Membership Sales Strategy:
    - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve membership growth targets.
    - Identify and target potential members through various channels, including personal networks, corporate partnerships, and industry events.
    - Create compelling value propositions tailored to the needs and interests of prospective members.
  2. Relationship Building:
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
    - Act as the primary point of contact for prospective members, guiding them through the membership application process.
    - Organize and host events, networking sessions, and club activities to foster a sense of community and enhance member experiences.
  3. Market Knowledge:
    - Leverage your knowledge of capital markets and corporate banking to understand the needs and preferences of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
    - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for membership growth.
  4. Sales Performance:
    - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets.
    - Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
    - Continuously refine sales tactics and approaches based on feedback and market insights.
  5. Collaboration:
    - Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events that support membership acquisition and retention.
    - Collaborate with PB Banks and corporate companies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in capital markets, corporate banking, or a related industry.
  3. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and corporate finance.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  5. Passion for the club business, with a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences for members.
  6. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
