Address member inquiries, concerns, feedback, and requests via phone, email, and in-person.
Generate reports as requested.
Greet members and guests warmly, maintaining professional communication.
Execute opening/closing procedures, desk duties, and additional tasks.
Handle payments, cash, stamps, lost & found, endorsements, and special passes.
Provide counter and admin support to the operations team, ensuring adherence to processes.
Coordinate library and art events, logistics and gallery coordination.
Greet guests, manage crowd control, and ensure registration compliance.
Maintain lobby cleanliness and uphold security and emergency procedures.
Assist supervisors, managers, and incoming associates in task execution, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
At least a GCE 'O' level certification.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, clubs, etc.).
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with individuals at all levels.
Strong leadership qualities.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to generating ideas and solutions.
Capable of training and supervising associates effectively.
Good in administration, knowledge in Microsoft Office is a plus.
