Administration and Implementation

• Assist Head, Lab Ops and scientific officers to provide timely and satisfactory technical and application support to laboratory users.
• Perform extraction and analysis from the next generation sequencing databank.
• Respond and take action to address hardware/software and application issues that arise. Perform investigations to identify root causes and follow up with necessary mitigating actions to resolve the issues and implement preventive measures.
• Assist Head, Lab Ops and scientific officers to coordinate both software and hardware upgrades, system updates, etc.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Provide after office-hour support to laboratory users when necessary.
