Medical Technologist (5 days work week/Various Department) (ID: 570995)

Responsibilities

1. Overseeing the lab work of department (Microbiology/Haematology/Clinical Chemistry/Multidisciplinary)
2. Ensure proper set up and usage of instruments and equipment.
3. Working in pre-analytical, analytical, maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory instrumentation, technical validation and inventory management.
4. Ensure compliance with the Laboratory Safety Manual.
5. Escalate lab issues to supervisors in a timely manner.

Requirements

1. Degree in Biology/Biotechnology or equivalent.
2. Candidate possesses at least a year of working experience, which is an added advantage.
