Key Responsibilities

1. Reception duties: Greet patients, handle phone calls, and manage administrative tasks.
2. Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and manage inventory.
3. Assisting doctors: Provide support during minor procedures, assist with patient consultations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Fluency in English and a second language.
2. Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
4. Accurate data entry skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients.
6. Inventory management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage stock levels.

Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
