Our client is seeking a Medical Sales Specialist to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

1. Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with specialist clinics and key opinion leaders in the healthcare industry.
2. Drive sales: Promote and sell medical equipment and consumable products, focusing on increasing customer interactions and achieving sales targets.
3. Organize events: Plan and manage seminars and exhibitions to showcase products and engage with potential customers.
4. Provide product expertise: Conduct product presentations, training programs, and evaluation trials to support new product developments.
5. Market intelligence: Prepare detailed quarterly reports on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
6. Product management: Manage product lifecycles and implement brand management activities for strategic positioning.
7. Launch new products: Collaborate with the manager to develop and execute effective launch plans for new models.

Who are they looking for?

1. Educational background: Candidates with a minimum of a Diploma, preferably in Business, Biomedical Science, or Science.
2. Sales experience: At least 2 years' experience in medical consumables sales is preferred, but candidates with direct selling or pharma/medical consumables sales experience will be considered.
3. Mobility: Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.
4. Attention to detail: Process-oriented approach with meticulous follow-through to achieve results.
5. Technical proficiency: Competent in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
6. Flexibility: Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
