Medical Laboratory Technologist (KKIVF Centre)

Responsibilities:

The Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) will work closely with the Chief Embryologist, Andrology Lead, and fellow Medical Laboratory Technologists to carry out clinical and diagnostic procedures related to andrology. He/she will effectively communicate with clinicians, nurses, patients, and all ancillary services involved to ensure seamless delivery of services.

In addition, the MLT will perform daily operations in the andrology lab, including maintenance of the lab, equipment, and documentation related to laboratory procedures and performance.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, or equivalent
2. Customer-focused mindset
3. Able to communicate effectively and appropriately
4. Able to multi-task and is performance-oriented
5. Demonstrate empathy and is comfortable managing couples with fertility challenges
6. Able to work in a team as well as independently
7. Fulfill weekend-call duties
