Key Responsibilities:

1. Family Physician:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop personalized care plans, including lifestyle modifications and preventive healthcare measures.
• Perform minor procedures in a primary care setting.
• Collaborate with specialists and allied healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in general practice and family medicine.
• Build strong patient relationships and foster long-term continuity of care.

2. Paediatrics Resident Physician:

• Provide medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in a clinical setting.
• Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions, infections, and chronic illnesses.
• Administer vaccinations and provide preventive care for young patients.
• Offer guidance on child development, nutrition, and overall well-being.
• Work closely with parents to address concerns and provide education on pediatric health.
• Collaborate with pediatric specialists and other healthcare professionals for multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatments.

3. Executive Health Screening Doctor:

• Conduct comprehensive health screenings for corporate and individual clients.
• Diagnose medical conditions and prescribe appropriate treatments or medications.
• Perform minor medical procedures in a GP clinic setting.
• Provide personalized health counseling and lifestyle recommendations based on screening results.
• Support the administrative needs of the medical center as required.
• Develop, review, and enhance clinical standards to ensure quality healthcare delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest clinical knowledge and medical advancements.
• Build strong rapport with patients and corporate clients, ensuring a positive healthcare experience.

Essential & Required Qualifications:

• MBBS or equivalent qualification, with at least 3 years of experience as a Medical Officer.
• Registered with the relevant medical board.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced medical environment.
• Strong clinical acumen with excellent patient management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Comfortable using technology and medical systems for patient care.
• Prior experience in private clinics, hospitals, polyclinics, or health screening centers is advantageous.
