Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Doctor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, providing preventive care, and promoting overall health and wellness. The Medical Doctor will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories.
2. Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
4. Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
5. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform patient care.
6. Provide preventive care and health education to patients.
7. Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
8. Perform medical procedures and surgeries as required.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
10. Participate in hospital rounds, case discussions, and medical conferences.
11. Provide emergency medical care as needed.
12. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and best practices.
13. Engage in continuing medical education and professional development.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree from an accredited institution.
2. Valid medical license to practice as a Medical Doctor.
3. Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery).
4. Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad range of medical conditions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
7. Commitment to providing patient-centered and compassionate care.
8. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Work Environment:
