JOB SCOPES:

Provides leadership, strategic input and oversees all functions of the Medical Department (including Medical services, Pharmacy, Infection Control and Healthcare Performance Office), plans and drives clinical services, clinical operations, health delivery models and quality assurance and quality improvement programmes to provide high quality and value-driven patient care, in compliance with all regulatory and professional guidelines, to achieve the goals of the organisation.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters in Medicine (Family Medicine)
• Fellowship of the College of Family Physicians

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

• 10-15 years of working experience with 4-6 years of supervisory experience
• Valid SMC practicing licence is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 10+ years experience in clinical medicine, including at least 3 years in a hospital administrative role
• Superb judgement, problem-solving and cognitive skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience working with elderly patients
