Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to make an impact in the sports industry and thrive in a dynamic team environment as a Media Operations Manager. Your main tasks
Media Rights Implementation & Compliance:
- Oversee the execution of media rights agreements, ensuring compliance with IOC guidelines
- Liaise with internal teams to track rights performance and provide timely stakeholder updates
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Infront Pan Asia and media rights holders in the region and build a strong relationship with broadcasters, OTT platforms and media partners
- Build strong partnerships and provide strategic guidance to maximize Olympic coverage
- Manage reporting obligations as required by the IOC
Event Coordination & Broadcast Operations:
- Coordinate with broadcasters and production teams to deliver seamless and high-quality coverage of Olympic events
- Ensure all technical and operational requirements are met across platforms
- Provide on-site support at major events to ensure smooth execution
Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure that all broadcast sponsorship and advertising activities comply with IOC commercial guidelines
Market Analysis & Strategic Insights:
- Conduct analysis of the broadcast landscape in Asian markets to identify opportunities and address challenges
- Share insights to refine media strategies and guide rights holders on industry innovations
General Support:
- Contribute to other Infront projects, leveraging expertise to drive company goals
- Support the media sales team in managing the full media rights portfolio across all Asian markets, including identifying opportunities and streamlining operations
Your profile
- You have 3-5 years of experience in sports media rights management, broadcast operations, or related fields
- You have completed a bachelor's degree or an advanced vocational qualification
- You have worked on large-scale multi-sport international events
- You have a strong understanding of the broadcast landscape in Asia
- You have experience collaborating with international sports bodies, this is a strong advantage
- You are a skilled negotiator and communicator, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- You have leadership and project management skills, allowing you to oversee complex agreements and multiple priorities
- You are analytical and detail-oriented, with expertise in reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance
- You can create presentations and reports for the IOC and commercial partners
- You are agile, proactive, and a problem solver
- You are fluent in English; additional Asian languages would be a significant advantage
