Position: Media Executive

Reporting to: Associate Director

Office location: ALICE@Mediaopolis

Scope of role:

  1. To support the Managers in delivering brand and marketing activities of the company – an integral part of planning process.
  2. To conduct post analysis of market activities, competitive analysis reports and other marketing reports as required.

Reporting Structure:

  1. On a day-to-day basis you will report to an Account Director and Account Managers to provide support to the day to day requirements.
  2. You will be working with the trading community and other specialist services within the agency to deliver campaigns. The Business Director will be ultimately responsible for the overall management of your workload and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Marketing team on co-ordination and liaising with media & agencies on advertising matters, PR and sponsorship events for the above brands and projects in-charge.
  2. Traditional media:
    • Media plan briefing
    • Media relevancy to the type of ads we have
    • Working closely with team OMD
  3. Social media:
    • Input on activation
    • Ideas generation – contests and content
    • Executing on ground social media expansion
  4. Advertising:
    • Understanding objective setting for creative work
    • Briefing designers
  5. PR:
    • Understanding products not supported by paid media
    • Media pitching and follow up
  6. Ad Hoc Projects Working with the Account Directors and Account Managers on ad hoc projects e.g. reviews, consumer research projects.

Required Skills:

  2. 1 year experience in Media preferable
