Responsible for Mechanical System (such as Vacuum, Chiller, etc) for project.
Prepare and raise requests for quotations, technical clarification with contractors or vendors, and raise Payment Requisition until follow up the final PO released to proceed with the project.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical reviews for projects.
Prepare project specifications.
Execute project (requires weekend work and night shift).
Regularly walk down on site to ensure that site construction work meets quality standards as defined in terms of material, method, etc.
Resolve any technical matters or difficulties that arise during installation and testing.
Ensure that the testing and commissioning of systems are done according to pre-defined standards.
Attend daily meetings with contractors and subcontractors to receive updates on progress and follow up on action items.
Prepare OMM manual, As-Built drawings, and training program for the operation team.
Conduct project buy-off and ensure good documentation (hardcopy and softcopy) of facilities system.
Manufacturing Support
Plan and execute Facilities POU Readiness for Equipment hookup.
Support in Equipment hookup and mechanical system turn on.
Work with various internal stakeholders such as Equipment, Process Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, EHS, etc. on operation issues/expansion projects/improvement projects.
Operation Support
Support operation on system issue resolution.
Support plant shutdown activities.
