Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage, and supervise Company’s in-house and external Contractors for all mechanical maintenance works related to planning and execution of daily maintenance, transition maintenance, turnaround maintenance and upgrading and improvement related to maintenance.
• Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company’s HSEQ Standards & Maintenance Management System, statutory requirements and best industry practices.
• Establish, continually improve & execute Company’s maintenance management system in a safe, efficient, and effective way to achieve highest equipment reliability & availability objective.
• Update and maintain accurate maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
• Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/system defects and take appropriate preventive/corrective measures.
• Optimize & manage mechanical maintenance inventory level of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiar with Static and Rotating equipment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Chemical Process Plant.
