SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Your role at the one-stop service will require you to:
Work with system engineers to define electrical system/subsystem design specifications
Design electrical interlock and power distribution systems for semiconductor machinery
Manage external vendors or contractors to deliver subsystems that meet design specifications and reliability
Generate schematic drawings and cable management layouts
Integrate and test subsystems
Design diagnostic tools/fixtures for manufacturing and field services
Provide escalation support, attending conference calls and face-to-face meetings with customers
Prepare presentation materials for technical discussions
Perform prototype testing, troubleshooting, and analysis reports
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this position will:
Hold a minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering or an equivalent field with 1 year or more experience in a Semiconductor Equipment Development environment
Have a background in motion control systems
Have experience implementing PCB, frame grabbers, CCD, cap gage, A/D, and I/O boards
Possess strong diagnostic skills and be capable of resolving electrical noise, grounding, and signal integrity issues
Have a background in power distribution for both AC and DC
Be familiar with Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols
Have a background in automation and control loops
Possess knowledge of designing and documenting cables
Have a background in safety and electrical regulatory compliance
Be a team player with good writing and verbal communication skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Electrical CAD
