Job Description

1. Conduct site inspections at various construction sites across Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Rayong, Saraburi, and potentially other locations
2. Travel to different construction sites to oversee Mechanical/Electrical Testing & Commissioning processes, and assess the accuracy of related reports
3. Compile and maintain records of site inspections, documenting observations and identifying areas for improvement in quality control
4. Collaborate with project teams to review and assess Site QC (Quality Control) documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications
5. Work mainly on-site, with approximately 20% of time spent at the office in Bangkok for administrative tasks and coordination with project teams
6. Report to the management (Japanese) as required

Qualifications

Requirement [Must]

• Age 40-60 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Business English Level (requires internal communication including ASEAN branches)
• At least 15 years of working experience in building construction sites
• Experience of working at Japanese General Contractors or mech sub-contractors
• Hold a professional mechanical engineer license Grade 2 or above

English Level: Level 3 - Business Level
