Opening Job Opportunity:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will provide technical support to the Engineering department. In this exciting role, you will handle the following scope:

What You Will Do

1. Participate in detailed design and development of mechanical paths.
2. Responsible for creating original mechanical parts and assemblies.
3. Create plans and designs using CAD technology.
4. Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs.
5. Improve production processes and equipment to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability.
6. Liaise with external suppliers on the development of equipment specifications, estimate budgets and time scopes for each project.
7. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors.
8. Responsible for upkeeping the drawing database.

What You Must Have

1. Degree in Precision / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. 3 years of relevant working experience in mechanical parts design for a manufacturing environment
3. Preferably 1–2 years of design experience in SolidWorks or similar software
4. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
5. Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
