How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?

1. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

• Do preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Review preventive maintenance result and make correction if applicable
• Make sure that updated documents and drawings are available for each equipment.
• Calibration jobs - coordinate the activity of calibrations PSV and certification of tank with customers, and other stakeholders.
• In charge of monitoring of monthly maintenance budgetary and expenses

2. Spare Part control

• Control the spare parts, and make sure the availability and reliability of the parts.
• Review and identify critical spare parts.

3. Reporting and Documentation

• In charge of the weekly activity report.
• Control all documents including timely update of as built drawing, especially any modification.
• Implementation of ISO 9000 & 14000 and Group Air Liquide Industrial Management Program in the maintenance activities including create SOP

4. Safety

• Ensure the safety issues are implemented in maintenance activities.
• Conduct safety induction for sub contractors.
• Ensures the safety regulations are properly taken into account in the field.
• Organize the surveillance of the installation to prevent any damage by or to third parties in order to achieve zero accident.
• Conduct refresher training to customers according to training plan
• Carry out all activities following standard operation of HSEQ

Are you a MATCH?

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline of Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years’ relevant experience in petrochemical/gas or related industry with chemical process related maintenance process
• Strong leadership, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Able to commit to irregular working hours.
• Good Communication and Presentation skills.
