Job description

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Support: Assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of construction machinery and mechanical equipment.
Maintenance Assistance: Help develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
On-Site Support: Work closely with site supervisors and operators to monitor machinery performance, assisting with troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
Documentation: Assist in preparing maintenance reports, machinery logs, and equipment status updates.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment follow safety regulations and standards, supporting site teams in maintaining a safe work environment.
Learning & Development: Continuously improve technical skills under the guidance of senior engineers and supervisors, gaining hands-on experience in mechanical systems on-site.
