Roles & Responsibilities
Attends and conducts daily toolbox briefing, weekly briefing & to participate PSCC meeting.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with Class/Client regulations.
Ensures sub-contractors carry out the work as planned.
Evaluate project to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance.
Ensures good co-ordination and communication between stakeholders.
Maintains System & Sub System Mark-up Drawings.
Ensures to follow-up Overall Commissioning and Completion Documentation.
Creates Punch List, Updating and closing in PIMS.
Prepares & follows up for signing Mechanical Completion Dossier (MC), signing (By Client) System Completion Dossier (SCD).
Coordinates and arranges Tri Party Walk down, Discipline Completion Walk down (DCC) & Mechanical Completion Walk down (MC Walk down).
Follows up on completion hand over certificates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering disciplines; Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
5 years of relevant working experience in construction of offshore platform industry.
Knowledge in PIMS – Omega365 and ProCo System.
Able to read P&ID and Test Pack Limits.
A pass in shipyard supervisor safety course.
Must be a team player & be able to work closely with other discipline supervisors.
Willing to work late hours and rotating day or night shifts.
