Mechanical Completion Supervisor (Piping)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions

1. Attends and conducts daily toolbox briefing, weekly briefing & to participate PSCC meeting.

2. Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with Class/Client regulations.

3. Ensures sub-contractors carry out the work as planned.

4. Evaluate project to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance.

5. Ensures good co-ordination and communication between stakeholders.

6. Maintains System & Sub System Mark-up Drawings.

7. Ensures to follow-up Overall Commissioning and Completion Documentation.

8. Creates Punch List, Updating and closing in PIMS.

9. Prepares & follows up for signing Mechanical Completion Dossier (MC), signing (By Client) System Completion Dossier (SCD).

10. Coordinates and arranges Tri Party Walk down, Discipline Completion Walk down (DCC) & Mechanical Completion Walk down (MC Walk down).

11. Follows up on completion hand over certificates.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering disciplines; Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply.

2. 5 years of relevant working experience in construction of offshore platform industry.

3. Knowledge in PIMS – Omega365 and ProCo System.

4. Able to read P&ID and Test Pack Limits.

5. A pass in shipyard supervisor safety course.

6. Must be a team player & be able to work closely with other discipline supervisors.

7. Willing to work late hours and rotating day or night shifts.
