Materplanning & Urban Design Lead

Arup Singapore is seeking a charismatic and experienced professional to join our Cities, Planning & Design team as the Masterplanning and Urban Design Lead. This role involves creating a vision, growing a team within Arup, and delivering exceptional design projects across the Asia Pacific region.

The Opportunity

• Lead and grow the masterplanning and urban design team.
• Oversee and deliver exceptional graphic communication and creative design.
• Win and deliver projects and initiatives in the Asia Pacific region.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with clients to build relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

Is this role right for you?

• Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in urban design, architecture, landscape architecture, or equivalent.
• Preferably fifteen years’ post-graduate experience in urban design, regeneration, transport, and/or mixed-use development projects.
• Proven experience in leading design teams.
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking and report writing.
• Ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit under pressure.
