We are searching for a passionate and experienced Section Manager, Brand Marketing, to help out while our team mate goes on maternity leave! You will be part of the Brand team, and you will be a key member responsible for building Scoot's brand through effective and creative campaigns that span across paid and owned channels, to bring Scoot's business ambition to life.
Job Description
Our ideal candidate is a brand builder, one who has experience having developed and executed end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple markets. With a flair for creative concepting and good sense of brand development, you must be comfortable driving day-to-day marketing activities and long-term market strategies. Being calm and poised, you will thrive on tight deadlines and adapt to ever changing needs.
The potential candidate will be working closely with Scoot's brand manager, the creative agency, the media agency and the P.R agency. Additionally, you will be part of a team who delivers on various types of impactful communications campaigns; whose role entails Brand Marketing, Governance and Custodianship
Responsibilities
Developing and leading campaigns aligned to Scoot's brand narrative, alongside evolving the brand identity and assets
Providing support to in-market teams and other departments in maintaining a clear tone-of-voice in all of Scoot's communications and marketing
Developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, leading the execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration between departments including Network Planning, Revenue Management, Digital Experience
Identifying effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis for optimisation, where appropriate
Managing and maintaining project and team budgets
Overseeing project timelines and implementation dates, ensuring timely delivery of all projects as planned
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree preferred
6-8 years of direct experience in brand and communications, in a creative agency or on the client front with some experience within SG.
Proven experience developing marketing and communications campaigns, including but not limited to social media, content strategy and PR-led campaigns
Clear and engaging storyteller who is able to build a good narrative
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Conceptual and intuitive thinker with business acumen
Infectious energy and enthusiasm; able to inspire and excite
Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information
Independent self-starter and excellent communicator
Experience with Chinese/ Japanese/ Thai markets would be a plus
Having aviation, travel or hospitality industry experience, project management is a bonus, but not a requirement. Regional/ multi-market experience would be a plus.
