Master Schedule to drive and coordinate the overall business strategic planning as part of the supply chain to manage the demand vs supply.
Present the overall business plan at meetings.
Participate and analyze forecast demand fluctuations and their impact on customer orders and material support.
Work closely with various key stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing operations, Finance, Logistics, etc., to optimize the build plan, navigate the required actions from all teams, and react quickly to changes to achieve corporate revenue targets and customer commitments.
Execute and maintain accuracy of MRP loading and validation.
Develop and maintain key performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a technical field or equivalent experience.
Some work experience in MPS and MRP Planning and Inventory management.
Good analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Team player, self-driven, and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Familiarity with MRP (SAP) processes and proficiency with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI dashboard.
Working knowledge of computer software applications, e.g., VBA programming language (e.g., creating Macros).
