Social Media (60%)

  1. Collaborate with Global and Regional social media team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Identify target audiences, select appropriate digital channels, and develop tactics to reach and engage them effectively.
  3. Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and insights.
  4. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics using web analytics tools. Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Manage and plan APAC social media toolkit including Facebook and Instagram.
  6. Drive social media strategy and content calendar to ensure consistent messaging across regions.
  7. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices. Share insights and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the company's digital marketing initiatives.
  8. Cooperate with Global social team to develop and manage social creative assets and content updates on media platforms.
  9. Regularly gather market feedback to further improve the effectiveness of digital social media planning strategies/plans/tools.
  10. Deliver other digital marketing-related work to the regional team.

Trade Marketing (40%)

Plan the trade marketing calendar to ensure Asia Pacific Distributors (APD) are aligned with brand strategy and regional marketing campaigns.

  1. Cooperate and plan targeted tactical and branding campaigns via integrated marketing (PR, Digital & Social Media, CRM, Visual Merchandising, 3rd Party Partnerships).
  2. Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  3. Track pre- and post-campaign performance.
  4. Assist in managing GTM/sales meetings during in-season launches.

Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on executing successful campaigns and driving results.
  3. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools (Sprinklr & Meltwater), and marketing automation software.
  4. Agency experience preferred.
  5. Regional exposure is a plus.
