Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders and support teams (both internal and external) to craft impactful user communications and engagement strategies that enhance user acquisition and build a positive brand image for their financial products.
Spot new opportunities and take charge of designing and executing end-to-end campaigns and communications to drive business growth and meet key performance indicators.
Produce high-quality content and materials that foster trust and loyalty in the company’s financial products, ensuring every piece supports our overall objectives.
Oversee marketing performance reporting, ROI tracking, and campaign analysis for driver initiatives, leveraging data to refine strategies and boost campaign effectiveness through a continuous test-and-learn approach.
Coordinate seamlessly with creative, business, legal, compliance, and external partners; lead the execution of user lending communications and campaigns with excellence.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-3 years experience in the entire marketing mix. Experience or knowledge of consumer lending products is a bonus.
Well-versed in the Singaporean marketing and media landscape, knowing precisely how and when to utilize various channels—whether above-the-line or below-the-line—to drive positive perception, educate consumers, and meet business KPIs.
Proficient in making data-driven decisions and have a proven ability to analyze digital marketing metrics.
Well-versed with Adobe Creative Skills: Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Good communication skills and the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
