Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our efforts in community engagement, growth marketing, and partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of blockchain and crypto marketing, a passion for community building, and a desire to grow their career in the blockchain industry. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to execute strategies that deepen community engagement, drive growth, and support partnerships with projects and ecosystems like Soneium.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement Support:
   1. Assist in developing and executing strategies to engage and grow the Astar's community, including developers, validators, token holders, and ecosystem participants.
   2. Help organize and manage community events, AMAs, hackathons, and other interactive initiatives.
   3. Monitor and respond to community feedback on social media, forums, and other channels, ensuring a positive and inclusive community experience.
2. Growth Marketing Support:
   1. Support the implementation of growth marketing campaigns to expand Astar's user base and developer ecosystem.
   2. Assist in analyzing data and metrics to optimize campaigns, user acquisition, and retention efforts.
   3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute content that aligns with growth objectives.
3. Partnership Support:
   1. Assist in identifying and researching potential partners, including blockchain projects and ecosystems like Soneium.
   2. Support the development of partnership materials, including presentations, proposals, and co-marketing campaigns.
   3. Help coordinate partnership activities, such as joint events, webinars, and content collaborations.
4. Content Creation & Campaign Support:
   1. Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other channels to promote Astar's mission and initiatives.
   2. Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
   3. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.
5. Token Management Support:
   1. Assist in executing token-related initiatives, including staking rewards, governance mechanisms, and incentive programs.
   2. Monitor token performance and community sentiment, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
   3. Support compliance efforts related to token management and marketing activities.
6. Administrative & Operational Support:
   1. Help manage marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.
   2. Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
   3. Provide general support to the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

1. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or tech industries.
2. Basic understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized ecosystems, and the crypto market.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
6. Passion for blockchain technology and a desire to grow in the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with community management tools (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter).
2. Familiarity with Astar Network, Polkadot ecosystem, or Soneium.
3. Basic knowledge of tokenomics and blockchain regulatory frameworks.
4. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
