Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing Director in the company’s marketing projects / campaigns and social media marketing tasks.
Lead and manage marketing projects / campaigns throughout the year.
Host LIVE shows on the company’s social media platforms to promote company’s products / programs.
Coordinate and collaborate with leaders and staff across all departments within the company to ensure the success of the marketing project(s) / campaign(s).
Develop and execute strategies to help build and grow the current pool of followers across the company’s social media platforms.
Manage and liaise with different external vendors to ensure the company's website is consistently updated with accurate information, up-to-date content, and a seamless user experience.
Work with multiple external marketing vendors to ensure the company's paid marketing ads / campaigns are consistently updated with accurate information.
Track and report marketing project(s) / campaign(s) performances.
Oversee the company's online social media platforms, manage and schedule creative assets to be posted on different platforms, ensuring regular updates of the latest promotions and information.
Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for digital media, including promotional materials, social media graphics, videos, and presentations based on the team’s direction and brief.
Assist in content creation and copywriting for the company’s website (e.g., blog posts, newsletters, e-posters) and social media platforms.
Manage and work with external vendors on different marketing campaigns (Omnichat, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Engage with customers via our digital platforms and respond to customers’ inquiries, reviews, comments, and feedback.
Any other marketing team’s tasks, administrative duties, or ad-hoc projects as assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirement:
Degree / Diploma in Digital Marketing, Creative Writing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Level / IB Diploma or equivalent with subject combination including Literature or Humanities.
Relevant experience (preferably worked as a copywriter, writer, public relations, journalism, or content creator).
Experience with TikTok, Capcut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
