Marketing Section Manager/AM

SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role at the one-stop service will require you to:

1. Manage existing customers and develop new potential opportunities.

2. Review customer technical quotation packages, work with relevant departments to complete the sales proposals/quotations for management review, and present to the customer.

3. Handle all enquiries and negotiations with customers.

4. Perform Sale Contract/Manufacturing Service Agreement reviews and present to management and customers.

5. Liaise and coordinate with customers and other departments regarding project activities and order fulfillment.

6. Manage product EOL, ECN, obsolescence claims, product transfer, and product sustaining activities such as cost reduction and alternatives by working with internal functions.

7. Manage a team of Marketing Engineers.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate for this position will:

1. Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in Electronics Manufacturing Service and in a Business Development/Program Managerial capacity.

2. Hold a Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering.

3. Possess technical competency to engage customers for specifications and process reviews.

4. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with strong analytical skills.

5. Have good knowledge of software office tools, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications, and ERP software.

6. Demonstrate good supervisory, project management, and cross-functional managerial skills.
