Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Manage and oversee the company's marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and informative marketing materials.
Write copy for marketing materials, including campaigns, posters, brochures and digital marketing content.
Monitor marketing performance using analytics to make recommendations to management.
Plan, manage and execute our marketing events and outreach activities.
Assist in managing our brand ambassadors, sponsored teams and sponsored players.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various communication channels.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in marketing and sales software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Background in floorball would be a bonus.
