Job Description

The role aims to assist East Asia Pacific (EAP) Regional Marketing functions in effectively implementing the Brand vision. It involves overseeing and updating the status of deliverables, emphasizing integration with the seasonal calendar, achieving Go-To-Market (GTM) milestones, managing assets, and fostering cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the EAP seasonal Marketing Go-To-Market (GTM) process, ensuring smooth coordination among marketing, merchandising and BX functions:
    1. Ensure timely communication of information and understanding of Global Brand strategies programs in the field.
    2. Drive executional excellence and consistency across key strategic brand & product projects for EAP by collaborating with Marketing leads in countries to serve as a central contact within the EAP Cluster for Global Brand teams.
    3. Build cross-functional Brand calendar in close collaboration with all critical functions: Formalize and communicate the Products calendar, encompassing embargo and launch dates, to ensure clear and effective coordination across teams.
    4. Own the concept-to-market process by ensuring cross-functional team alignment on key stories, including products drops, focus months, products benefiting from marketing campaigns and BX support, as well as investment allocation.
    5. Oversee marketing assets & copy tracking for seasonal campaigns and commercial activities – both Global and Local.
    6. Facilitate asset requirements (usage coverage, extension, etc) with global or other clusters.
    7. Coordinate cross-cluster collaboration by sharing briefs and creative reviews from other clusters.
    8. Manage samples for campaign shooting.
    9. Drive the annual planning calendar in collaboration with EAP Marketing teams, ensuring alignment and optimizing ways of working with key agency partners.
    10. Act as main point of contact with Corporate Affairs on internal communications and activations around key brand initiatives.
    11. Partner closely with Global Brand Operations to lead implementation (and change management) of new GTM process and calendars, and all associated Cluster milestones and deliverables. Actively surface and resolve issues to ensure success.
    12. Continually recommend workflow and process improvements, driving continual optimization.
  2. Oversee the reporting and meeting updates for EAP Cluster marketing teams, spanning various aspects such as Brand content, Public Relations, Paid media, CRM, visual merchandising, and Retail experience:
    1. Manage the delivery of critical milestones.
    2. Ensure effective communication and understanding of projects within the teams, promoting improved connectivity across markets, and providing clarity on shared themes and local nuances.
    3. Cultivate strong relationships within the team, manage expectations, and track key initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, on scope, and within budget through effective budget tracking.
    4. Track and consolidate market performance, reporting to the Global team to drive awareness of the market landscape and ensure that local consumer and competitive insights are considered.

  1. GTM deliverables are on track, optimized & effectively communicated.
  2. Effective communication and utilization of Global brand campaigns across the EAP region.
  3. Local insights gathered are robust and informative.
  4. Communication across the functions is improved.
  5. Meetings and reporting are effective and productive.
