Marketing Operations Manager(SEA)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve user segmentation, communication delivery (emails, push notifications, etc) and performance evaluation.
• Participate in CRM planning and executing CRM & Campaign programs.
• Conduct comprehensive experiments throughout the customer lifecycle to identify successful strategies for funnel conversion and customer engagement.
• Work closely with other teams (campaign operation, channel operation, product, etc) to create banners and layout of pages that are personalized to the local market.
• Create hypotheses, run A/B tests or other experimentations and apply basic statistics to improve campaign performance.
• Measure and analyze activity with data-driven insights, driving efficiencies and effectiveness through continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years e-Commerce CRM experience, preferably in E-commerce & Fast Fashion industry.
• Experience in planning and leading cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work style.
• Able to work independently, has initiative, and at the same time, a team player who can work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent data analysis ability, able to find business problems from data, and convert business problems into data indicators.
• Good understanding of user journeys, digital usability, and user experience. Familiar with the key promotional calendar and market behavior.
