Marketing Manager (Up to $6000 / Fitness & Wellness / Commonwealth)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, expenditures, and brand updates, including new product/service launches.
2. Plan and execute marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, Public Relations communications, and collaborations with landlords and partners to boost awareness.
3. Oversee external agencies and advertising platforms to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
4. Maintain website, manage social media advertising, and execute email marketing strategies to enhance CRM efforts and promotional reach.
5. Prepare monthly reports on marketing effectiveness, budget utilization, competitive insights, and work progress for internal stakeholders.
6. Build relationships with media and press for Public Relations opportunities and support employee branding and promotions.
7. Plan and manage events, campaigns, visual displays, and sponsorships to increase store footfall and support sales targets.
8. Conduct periodic on-site checks to ensure compliance with branding guidelines and oversee promotion logistics and product forecasts.
