Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and community engagement.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Plan, create, and oversee high-quality, engaging, and localized content tailored to the fintech industry.
  • Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to produce videos, infographics, and blog posts.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Market Research & Insights

  • Stay updated on fintech trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
  • Provide insights to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing and content management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who converse only in Mandarin)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
