Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Leverage customer data to create personalized marketing campaigns and improve customer segmentation.
- Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
2. Trade Marketing:
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute trade marketing plans that drive product visibility and sales in retail channels.
- Manage promotional activities, in-store displays, and POS materials to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with key retail partners to maximize brand presence and sales opportunities.
3. E-commerce Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness.
- Optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplaces) for user experience, conversion rates, and SEO.
- Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) and analyze performance to ensure maximum ROI.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, sales, and regional marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
5. Budget Management:
- Plan and manage the marketing budget for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on marketing expenses and ROI.
6. Market Analysis & Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, trade marketing, and e-commerce.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple markets (Singapore and Malaysia preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
