Our client specializes in manufacturing and selling high-precision plastic components for the electronics, automotive, and medical industries. Leveraging advanced technology, they offer customized global solutions. To drive business expansion, they seek a marketing manager focusing on precision plastic.

You will report to the Managing Director.

What you will be doing:

1. Engage in marketing activities related to high-tech and precision fields such as applications for network solutions, AI, and light optical data communication.
2. Travel with the Managing Director to visit factories and companies (trading companies and resin material manufacturers) in ASEAN and Taiwan to build relationships and develop markets.
3. Conduct market research on precision fields and engineering plastics within ASEAN and Taiwan.
4. Analyze target markets and competitors to understand consumer needs and trends.
5. Measure the results of marketing activities and analyze data to optimize strategies.
6. Support the development of new products and services based on market needs.
7. Acquire sales leads and carry out key activities for business development while coordinating with the sales team.

Requirements & Preferences:
(Must)

• At least 5 years of Experience in Marketing and Business Development, including the ASEAN region.
• Industrial Experience in Manufacturing of semiconductors, chemical materials such as resins, or precision machines.
• Experience in Material selection is very crucial to liaise with clients.
• Proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing in English and Chinese is essential for interactions with clients in the US, EU, and ASEAN markets.
• Engineering field experience is essential to understand the technical aspects of the business.
• Willingness to travel on business trips twice a month (approximately 1 week per trip).

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Applied Chemistry.
• Working Experience in a Japanese Firm.
