The Role: The marketing manager plays a key role in strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue with our one-stop cash flow management platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech or financial services marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results through product-centric, integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

What you will do:

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our products, including market research, positioning, messaging, and end-to-end, integrated go-to-market plans.
    • Build and manage audiences across the marketing funnel to orchestrate intent-driven nurturing campaigns.
    • Navigate data sets, measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve revenue goals.
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on product features, benefits, and customer support strategies.
  2. Product Launches:
    • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and features, ensuring they meet market needs and are communicated effectively to target audiences.
  3. Lifecycle Management:
    • Increase customer lifetime value (CLV) by using data to identify retention milestones and implement retention strategies to drive upsell/cross-sell, reduce churn, and grow loyalty.
    • Lifecycle communications to engage potential and existing customers and improve key growth metrics such as activation, retention, and cross-sell.
  4. Campaign Management:
    • Develop compelling content themes and narratives to educate customers on the product value proposition. Work closely with our content team to communicate across various channels (website, social media, email campaigns).
    • Develop and execute through-the-line marketing campaigns that drive product adoption, usage, and retention.
  5. Customer Insights:
    • Gather and analyze customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Use data to understand customer behavior, preferences, and feedback.
  6. Market Trends:
    • Stay abreast of fintech industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in the fintech, banking, or financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a product marketing or demand generation role.
  • Experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in user segmentation and intent-driven orchestration, market research, and data analytics tools. SQL and Hubspot skills are preferred (1 year).
  • Customer-centric marketer with experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain ICPs.
  • Great understanding of the fintech landscape, especially payments and the regulatory environment in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Creative and structured thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
