Marketing Manager – HNW Insurance Broker

My client is a leading insurance brokerage specializing in providing tailored insurance solutions for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in Singapore and across the region. With a reputation for excellence, innovation, and personalized service, they are committed to delivering the highest standards of protection and wealth preservation for their discerning clientele.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager to join my client’s team and lead their marketing efforts to enhance their brand presence, attract new clients, and deepen relationships with existing ones.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to position the company as a trusted partner for HNW insurance solutions
• Strengthen the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, tailored to HNW clients
• Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website, social media, and email marketing campaigns
• Develop initiatives to enhance client loyalty and engagement, such as exclusive events, newsletters, and personalized communications
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that address the unique needs of HNW clients
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors, private banks, and luxury brands, to drive referrals and partnerships
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all campaigns and initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or luxury sectors
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for HNW or premium client segments
• Good understanding of HNW or private banking industry
• Knowledge of the Singapore insurance market and regulatory environment is a plus
• Good command of Chinese (Mandarin) and English
