Marketing Manager | Food Trading (Perm)

• 5 day work week
• Located in the West

Responsible for the company's marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image.

Job Scope:

• Develop marketing program business plans, create timelines, set budgets, develop strategies and tactics, and execute.
• Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives.
• Conduct performance reviews and analysis on marketing initiatives and keep management informed with reports, presentations, and market data.
• Plan and develop channel-specific content; execute all communications and media actions on all channels to establish and maintain product branding.
• Assist with product development, pricing, and new product launches, as well as developing new business opportunities.
• Oversee current offerings and come up with initiatives for new products.
• Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
• Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing and PR campaigns, including design of control segmentation, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
• Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
• Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and act as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings.
• Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each campaign (launch or promo).

The Talent:

• Business Degree or Diploma in Marketing.
• A minimum of 8-10 years' proven experience in a senior marketing position with a successful track record.
• Familiarity with working in similar FMCG companies will be an advantage but not needed.
• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
• Strategic experience in B2B & B2C focused marketing.
• Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication, and decision-making skills.

• Location: Clementi MRT
