YOUR ROLE:
- Ecommerce Strategy & Management
- Develop strategies to boost online sales and customer engagement.
- Manage the online store for optimal performance, security, and user experience.
- Oversee product listings, descriptions, and promotions.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and content creators to improve the site.
- Streamline workflows to increase efficiency and identify growth opportunities.
2. Digital Marketing & SEO
- Run digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
- Optimize the website to increase organic traffic.
- Analyze data to improve marketing strategies.
- Work with agencies to plan online activities and promotions.
- Manage relationships with partners, including negotiating fees and resolving issues.
- Ensure the design team has time for ads and product visuals for e-commerce and social media.
- Oversee e-store promotions, copywriting, and banner management.
- Coordinate new brand launches and stay updated on market trends.
3. Customer Experience & Conversion Optimization
- Enhance the online shopping experience to improve conversion rates.
- Propose and implement ideas to improve customer engagement.
- Use A/B testing and personalized recommendations to boost UX.
- Manage customer service feedback to improve engagement.
4. Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor stock levels and work with supply chain teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Track return rates and develop strategies to minimize losses.
- Collaborate with the Brands team to ensure timely product delivery for campaigns.
- Assist in stock consolidation and planning for promotions.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, order value, retention).
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Shopify to measure performance.
- Prepare reports to guide strategy adjustments and decisions.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (E-Commerce), Business Administration (E-Commerce), or a related graduate-level field.
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role in RELEVANT INDUSTRY
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing automation.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with data tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
- Familiarity with AI-powered e-commerce tools and automation.
