Job description

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will be crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive both in-store and online conversions, transforming browsers into loyal customers. In your role, you will be crafting and implementing strategies to boost sales growth through enhanced conversion and loyalty programs.

Your new job includes:

  • Create and implement holistic campaigns in store and online with compelling promotions and discounts to incentivize purchases. Create and execute engaging in-store promotions, displays, and events that drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour and marketing campaign and promotion mechanic performance, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), to measure campaign effectiveness and opportunities for conversion improvement.
  • Drive visual merchandising strategies to create engaging and inspiring store environments that drive impulse purchases. Collaborate with local market operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute the overall digital-commerce strategy including digital roadmap planning, sales growth, and user experience enhancement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improvement and develop conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Identify loyalty program opportunities to develop and execute loyalty program strategies, working with global team and leading locally to design and launch loyalty program initiatives, including reward structures, tiers, and benefits recommendations.
  • Manage budget spends with end to end tracking & reporting, while ensuring maximization of ROI as per business objectives.

What you should bring along:

  • A Degree in Business, Marketing or Management with a minimum of at least eight years of experience in retail marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales conversions.
  • At least three years of experience managing a team with strong ability to lead and mentor a diverse team.
  • Experience with content management systems, website platforms and general analytical tools such as SAP, PowerBI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to sustain long-term relationships.
  • Excellent financial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
