Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the marketing and brand awareness for all MFLG offerings as a unique suite of leisure offerings for locals and overseas travelers, with the goal of increasing visitorship and achieving revenue targets.

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute an innovative, integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with corporate goals and revenue targets.
  • Drive the development and execution of a dynamic marketing calendar, implementing high-impact thematic and tactical campaigns to boost revenue growth.
  • Strategically manage and optimize the Advertising & Promotion budget, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with forecasts.
  • Oversee content creation and curation across the owned and paid channels, ensuring consistency and brand resonance.
  • Present marketing performance and strategic insights to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Data Analytics and AI

  • Utilise advanced marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign ROI, optimize performance, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver highly-targeted, high-converting marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage AI-driven solutions to revolutionize content creation, enhancing both quality and operational efficiency while resonating with diverse target audiences.

Brand Management

  • Serve as the key guardian of corporate and product brands, ensuring cohesive representation across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Develop and refine compelling brand narratives to distinguish the company in competitive markets.
  • Amplify brand awareness in key regional markets through strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee brand guidelines, including logo designs, uniforms, and visual identity, ensuring consistency.
  • Align place-making initiatives with brand identity, managing design aspects to maintain brand integrity.
  • Build and sustain partnerships to strengthen brand positioning and extend market reach.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital marketing strategy to drive online sales growth and enhance web presence.
  • Manage social media strategies, leveraging engagement initiatives to expand audience reach and boost meaningful interactions.
  • Optimize "always-on" Search Engine Marketing campaigns to maximise conversions and brand visibility.
  • Create and manage a strategic email marketing calendar, driving customer engagement and sales.

Partnership with Sales Team

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, driving revenue growth.
  • Support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion efforts to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to purchase.
  • Develop joint marketing-sales initiatives and refine campaigns using real-time sales insights.
  • Regularly report on marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline, adjusting strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Team Leadership

  • Inspire and lead a team of 7 marketing professionals, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs across all initiatives, consistently meeting targets within budget constraints.
  • Mentor and develop team members, identifying growth opportunities and supporting career progression.

Agency Management

  • Manage external agency partners, including media agencies, to ensure on-time, on-budget campaign deliver with measurable results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience across the full marketing spectrum, preferably in tourism or related industries.
  • 2-3 years of experience leading a team.
  • Passion for the tourism industry and developing marketing talent.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset with excellent copywriting skills.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
