Questex Asia is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team!

This position is based out of Singapore and can be hybrid.

About Questex Asia - Questex Asia runs the APAC version of our flagship event, International Hospitality Investment Forum, which also runs in the Americas and Europe. We also run the longest-running innovation conferences for CIOs, CFOs, and CISOs across Asia.

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll support Questex success by:

  • Day-to-day marketing efforts of the portfolio of events
  • Executing year-round marketing plans that unify events and content promotion, with support of the Vice President / Marketing Director
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns that drive event revenue through sponsorship marketing and attendee registrations.
  • Managing the copywriting, targeting, creation, execution, and nurture flows of all promotional campaigns to ensure engagement and conversion.
  • Managing social media presence via paid and organic outreach across the full portfolio of social accounts.
  • Weekly reporting on all channels with analytics (email, social, web) updated in marketing plans.
  • Creating marketing creative assets through the workflow and approval process.
  • Meeting constant deadlines for events.
  • Interacting with external vendors and internal clients to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Liaising with strategic associations, media partners, and supporters to promote events, attendee acquisition, and content year-round.
  • Maintaining a monthly competitive tracking report on related events as assigned by Vice President / Marketing Director
  • Maintaining website updates such as sponsor logo fulfillment, messaging, images, etc.
  • Providing miscellaneous support based on project needs such as Mobile App content, onsite signage, registration badge text, responding to in-bound attendee questions, HTML email creation.

Your Experience & Education Include:

  • Intellectual curiosity and passion about our audiences and their needs for information
  • Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, or 3 years of event marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience in MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in database software and email service providers, preferably Salesforce and Omeda
  • Marketing automation experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and HTML/Dreamweaver a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, and possess a high degree of organizational detail and a positive attitude

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $72K - $80K SGD. Salary offers are based on a broad scope of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, geographic, and organizational factors are also considered.
