JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for both brand management and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a balanced focus on enhancing the school's visibility and engagement across multiple channels. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, high proficiency in analytics, sales support, social media management, and hands-on experience in running campaigns on Google and Facebook are essential. The role also involves managing and optimizing the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a 360-degree marketing professional, knowledgeable in all facets of marketing.
