Marketing Manager

About the role

Jiaxing Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This full-time position is based in the Tampines West East Region and will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategy and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media

2. Overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing content, such as website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials

3. Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and support the sales process

4. Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and making recommendations for innovation

6. Managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient utilisation of resources

7. Mentoring and supporting the marketing team to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the Marketing & Communications industry

2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making

5. Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite

6. Adaptable and creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions

7. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
