We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts at our hotel. This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that raise awareness and drive brand growth within the competitive hospitality industry. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the hotel’s marketing vision and ensuring its successful execution across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the hotel’s brand and craft marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with creative agencies, external partners, and freelancers to produce engaging branding materials.
Manage digital channels, including website updates, EDMs, social media, and third-party booking platforms.
Create visually stunning content strategies to foster brand loyalty and audience engagement.
Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
Cultivate relationships with local and international media, influencers, and industry partners.
Draft and coordinate press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content for key spokespeople.
Identify and nurture partnerships with complementary brands to elevate the hotel experience.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events, collaborations, and seasonal launches.
Collaborate with Operations teams to create VIP customer initiatives and loyalty programs that enhance guest retention.
Analyse guest feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies and dining experiences.
Work closely with operations and culinary teams to align marketing campaigns with service delivery.
Pre-requisitions:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in the hospitality industry, with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry. Non-hospitality industry will also be considered.
Proven track record of managing high-profile brands or projects, with a deep understanding of fine dining and global culinary trends.
Strong content creation skills with exceptional storytelling ability.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Ads Manager, SEO, Mailchimp, CRM systems).
Strong interpersonal skills for building partnerships and media relations.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and evaluating campaign performance metrics.
