They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the visibility, footfall, and overall brand value of a prominent retail destination.

About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities would include:

1. Leverage your in-depth experience in retail mall marketing to conceptualize and implement innovative campaigns that resonate with shoppers and tenants alike.
2. Oversee all marketing and communication programs across diverse platforms, including advertising, promotions, public relations, events, and direct marketing, to create a unified and compelling brand identity.
3. Develop impactful marketing strategies and ensure their seamless execution, driving engagement and retention while positioning the mall as a standout shopping destination.
4. Manage and optimize the marketing budget to deliver cost-effective, high-impact campaigns.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

Skills And Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience and proven experience in offline retail marketing and are well-versed in orchestrating large-scale promotional events, campaigns, and tenant collaborations.
• Highly organized, capable of working independently, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-focused with a proven ability to meet stringent deadlines in a retail mall environment.
